Where did the idea come from?
Ramesh Chandra Porwal, who sells small samosas, said that earlier he used to make slightly bigger samosas and used to sell them for one rupee. But if its size was made a little smaller, people found it unique in appearance along with taste. Which people liked. He said, ‘You will find these small samosas in very few places. He says, I was the first to start making these small samosas in the entire NCR, and even today you will not find them everywhere. Which people pack and take from other states including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad to eat.
Customers take care of their health
Hand-ground spices and home-made sauces and spicy chutneys are served with small samosas, so that the health of the customers remains good. While not speaking on camera, 55 year old Manoj told that he lives in Delhi. Whenever I come to this place for the last 20 years, I definitely pack it for home and then go back after eating it. Similarly, there are many customers who like their small samosas for years. Ramesh Chandra says that he gives six samosas for Rs 10. And 1000 to 1200 of their samosas are sold in a day. And with that he is running his family.
